Research question: Which characteristics of employers are perceived by the much sought-after MINT professionals as especially attractive and motivate them to put in an application? Methodology: Broad quantitative online survey. Practical implications: A target oriented recruiting process should rely less on generation specific stereotypes but focus on technically challenging tasks and projects, development prospects, a positive leadership and coworking culture and individualized working hours.
