Im Kanton Basel-Landschaft ist die Versorgung am Lebensende mit Palliative Care dank einem der ältesten Hospize der Schweiz in gewissen Bereichen hervorragend. Trotzdem steht man mit der Umsetzung des kantonalen Konzepts noch ganz am Anfang, wie eine Evaluation der BFH im Auftrag des Amts für Gesundheit zeigt.
