Das Vorliegende Skript soll ein Lehr- und Hilfsmittel werden für ein effizientes, umfassendes Informationsmanagement in Unternehmen der Holzbranche. Im Moment ist es ein Inhaltsgerüst und ein Zwischenstand. Es soll weiter mit Inhalt gefüllt und laufend optimiert und präzisiert werden. Es wird in erster Linie die Sicht des Unternehmens eingenommen und grenzt sich insbesondere gegen produktzentrierte Methoden ab, wobei BIM (vgl. 17.6 BIM-Integration) dennoch angeschnitten und in den Kontext gestellt wird.
