Life cycle cost analyses are a method for prioritizing structures and measures in the context of building maintenance management. Life cycle cost analyses take into account a large number of different input variables, which in turn are themselves based on different parameters, because often infrastructure and real estate operators do not have all input variables available. This paper deals with the transferability of the different input variables and parameters in order to be able to perform a homogeneous life cycle cost analysis. For this purpose, a literature review and a subjective estimation of cross-correlations were performed.
