Abstract
The unprejudiced vision of the leadership and observed acting of the outstanding personality is matched against the theories of leadership. The remarkable congruence validates on one side the theories, on the other side demonstrates their usability in the modelling of the desired behaviors. Real leader acts along the LEAD process, deploy extensively the cybernetic feedback and do not search extrinsic motivation from his superiors neither excuses in the environment of his endeavor.
