Abstract
Our study aims to address the fragmented nature of research on face-to-trait inferences and their impact on leadership outcomes in organizational contexts. While prior research has shown that facial appearance plays a significant role in attributing leadership abilities, the existing findings are scattered across various disciplines and lack integration. This study seeks to overcome these limitations by conducting a systematic literature review that encompasses the research findings across multiple domains, including psychology, leadership, and management.
