El subjectil fotográfico: Esbozo desde una inflexión poshumana

What leaps to the eye in a photographic object? What is the bottomless background that constitutes every photographic surface—one that confronts us, questions us, and evokes bewilderment? This article proposes a posthuman approach to a set of photographic artifacts that resist the frameworks of prevailing cultural constructivism. It traces the contours of a reading of photography beyond the human, exploring how these objects exceed conventional paradigms of interpretation. We develop an itinerary of engagement with these technical objects through Derrida’s notion of the subjectile—the birthplace of all photography—considering its materiality as both horizon and facticity from which photography expresses itself. Following this path, we describe the intensities of specific photographic supports and the ways in which photography escapes a purely anthropocentric framing. Ultimately, we delineate the scope of photographic materiality as reconfigured through the lens of contemporary posthuman thought.
