Abstract
Our contribution to the SIETAR Switzerland conference on Intercultural Leadership examined the concept of Responsible Global Management (RGM). The presentation defined RGM, identified intercultural communication as a core competence, and discussed how such skills can be cultivated in higher education. It further introduced findings from an exploratory study entitled "Perception of Responsible Global Management Across Nations and Universities", based on focus group interviews with bachelor students in Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, and Switzerland. The results suggest that students view universities as key catalysts for developing responsible management and leadership competences, while also emphasizing the need for more practice-oriented learning opportunities and closer integration of theory and practice.
