Art. 30 Abs. 4 BöB: Erfindung der Zukunft an der Schnittstelle Kreislaufwirtschaft/Vergaberecht

Seit der Vergaberechtsreform bzw. deren Inkrafttreten auf Bundesebene per 1. Januar 2021 ist die Welt definitiv nicht stillgestanden. Klima und Innovationsgesetz, Stromgesetz und Kreislaufwirtschaftsvorlage können aufgrund des Volumens des öffentlichen Einkaufs nur mit der Transformation des Beschaffungswesens umgesetzt werden. Wichtig ist, dass die verschiedenen Themen als Teil desselben Konzepts verstanden werden. Oberster Leitstern ist der Gedanke der System bzw. Politikkohärenz.
Since the reform of public procurement law and its entry into force at federal level on January 1, 2021, the world has definitely not stopped turning. Due to the volume of public procurement, the Climate and Innovation Act, the Electricity Act and the regulation on circular economy can only be implemented with the transformation of the procurement sys tem. It is important that the various topics are understood as part of the same concept. The overarching guiding principle is the pursuit of system and policy coherence.
