Post merger integration (PMI) is one of the critical phases of an M&A initiative and significantly affects the success of such transactions. For a PMI controlling to be successful, an integrated management tool with sufficient variety to ensure the successful management of the change processes is required. The management tool "PMI-Cockpit" enables project managers to manage dynamically-complex issues and to increase the success rate of PMI projects.
