A double situation of vulnerability and women power will be presented in the context of indigenous communities that inhabit the former lots 14 and 55 of the Salta province in Argentina. In 2020, the Interamerican Court of Human Rights ruled in favor of the five groups organized in the Indigenous Association Lhaka Honhat (our land in Wichi language). The Argentinian State has since then six years to grant the collective property titles and to make economic reparations for a historical absence. In this text, it will be analyzed how a feminine power leads the region, overcoming constant abuse and resistance in women's bodies, as part of the struggle for territory.
