Since 2000, an increasing number of writer’s collectives have been formed in the German speaking area. The article portrays three collectives, one from Graz (GRAUKO, since 1999, 8 members), one from Switzerland (Bern ist überall, since 2003, 15 members), and one from Berlin (G13, since 2009, 14 members). What were the impulses for their foundation, what kind of experiences have they gone through, and how do they practice collaborative writing?
