La méthode BIM permet de modéliser l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’un ouvrage, mais elle est encore peu utilisée pour les bilans écologiques de bâtiments. Cependant, la pression monte en faveur d’une meilleure analyse environnementale et les possibilités techniques existent. Petit tour d’horizon.
